Service Description

The MD HQL is required in order to purchase a handgun as a MD resident. The HQL allows you to purchase new or used handguns and legally keep them at your place of residence or business this course is a hybrid course consisting of Zoom Wednesday and in person instructing Saturday . This course does not include registration fees, application fees, fingerprinting fees, or photo fees required by Maryland State. This is a 4 hour training
